1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small note a website asks your browser to keep, so it remembers something from one page to the next. Think of it like a coat check ticket. Some are needed for the site to work. Others track what you do, sometimes across many sites. We keep it to the first kind.

2. What we use

KindWhat it doesYour choice
Needed to run the siteKeeps the site secure and remembers your cookie choiceAlways on, because the site can't work without it
AnalyticsWe don't use analytics today. If we ever add a tool, it would count visits so we can see which pages helpOff unless you switch it on
AdvertisingNone. We don't run ads or ad trackersNothing to switch off

3. Things that work like cookies

  1. Your browser may store small settings for this site, like whether the chat helper is open. They stay on your device.
  2. Our fonts load from our own server, so no font company sees your visit.

4. Other sites we link to

When you click through to YouTube or another site, you leave ours, and that site's cookies and policies apply. We link to videos instead of embedding them, so YouTube doesn't set cookies while you're here.

5. Your browser's own controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the ones needed to run the site, some parts may not work. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals.

6. Your cookie choices
